4.3. as long as one of the parties has a legal obligation to store the data (for example, according to the Accounting Law);

4.4. as long as the Customer's consent to the relevant personal data processing is valid, if there is no other legal basis for data processing.

Upon the end of the above criteria, the Customer's personal data is deleted.

4.5. To fulfil its obligations to you, the Data Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to cooperation partners, data processors who perform the necessary data processing on our behalf, for example, accountants, courier services, etc. The data controller is the controller of personal data.

Upon request, we can transfer your personal data to government and law enforcement agencies to protect your legitimate interests, if necessary, by drafting, filing and defending legal claims.

We protect the Customer's data using modern technology, taking into account existing privacy risks, and Our reasonably available organizational, financial and technical resources.

G.M.KOKS SIA does not transfer personal information and other data to third countries.
